What is Private Pilot License?

Private Pilot's License is a license that approves a candidate to fly aircraft non-commercially. To know more about the course follow the given below points.

  • Initially the applicants are taught to fly with a single-engine airplane and  learn the fundamentals of how the airplane functions. Gradually candidates will learn how to take off and land the airplane and get comfortable with landing strip operations and the utilization of the radio.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for Private Pilot License(PPL)?

  • Students must be 10th qualified from any recognized board.
  • Aspirants are required to have good knowledge of Physics and Mathematics.
  • Candidates must be 17 years old and not less.
  • Applicants should meet the medical standards as per Director General of Civil Aviation(DGCA).

  • Shortlisted Candidates may need to go through an aptitude test conducted by the Private Pilot License colleges.
  • Admission will be confirmed on the basis of qualifying marks and results of aptitude tests.
